On Sunday’s episode of TLC’s “Sister Wives,” Cody Brown decides to leave “injustice” to his then-wife, Christine. He also said that he felt it seemed “inhuman” to him, so he was not eager to tell his three other wives, Mary, Janelle and Robin, about the split.

“It feels like there’s this huge injustice being done to me and it bothers me,” Cody told the cameras in a solo interview on the episode. He apologized to Christine for being “angry” when she initially made it clear that she was going to her first discussion, filmed about a month earlier and featured on the “Sister Wives” season premiere.

“I need to be in a place where I can rejoice about your happiness and your freedom,” Cody told Christine during a second conversation, during which they discussed the logistics of their split after 25 years of spiritual marriage. Of.

Cody and Christine publicly announced their split to fans in November, and it’s now underway in season 17 of the long-running reality series, which was filmed last year.

Christine told the cameras she was grateful Cody was “trying to support her” and that her statement about trying to be happy for her was “the sweetest thing I’ve said in years.”

Cody admitted that he struggled so much with the fact that one of his marriages was about to end that he was “curling” her toes.

“I need some grief counseling or something,” he said. “I can’t let go.”

Later, Cody admitted to the cameras that he was having such a hard time because of Christine’s decision to leave that she was about to break up the family she had worked so hard to build. He also said that he was afraid to announce his split with Christine along with his other wives because of how it might affect his perception of him.

Cody said in an interview, “I feel unwell, so I won’t sit around and go, ‘Hey, someone is leaving me.’ “I don’t want my other wives to see me as weak. So, I don’t want to talk to them about it.”

He was feeling so strongly that he asked Christine if she wanted to interact “without” with her sister’s wives.

Christine told Cody that she didn’t want to “burn bridges” with Mary, Janelle or Robin. “I really need you first,” he finally told her. She said that she wants her sister’s wives to know that although she had chosen to leave, she talked to Cody before announcing anything.

The mother of six told the cameras in an interview that she knew that the three women she had raised as children for many years were going to feel a complex mix of emotions.

“Am I still a sister wife?” He asked the cameras, “The answer is no.”

Christine Brown said she was a “basement wife”.

“I can’t be his sister wife anymore,” she continued. “I can be his friend.” She noted that she was probably supposed to be close to Janelle and “not too close” to Robin and Mary.
