Packers to play on Christmas for the second year in a row

The Packers will travel to Miami to take on the Dolphins on Christmas Day.

From the mayor:

Before you ask, Kyle is to the Packers schedule what Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein were to the Nixon administration. So yes, this is a lock.

While I’m always happy to watch the Packers, I would say it’s a bit of a raw deal that everyone connected to the Packers organization have to have their Christmas holiday completely upended for a second consecutive year. But the NFL has money to be made and the Packers will always be an easy answer to getting eyeballs on the television even when folks are supposed to be spending time with their families and loved ones.

All that said, Merry Chistmas and Go Pack Go.
