Michelle does a lot of Pilates, which explains her toned-all-over body. In August 2022, Michelle posted a video of herself enjoying her latest fitness obsession with her trainer, Emily Bench, founder of Pilathon Pilates, where Michelle is working out.
“I try to do everything – and sometimes – I do nothing! ️ Like life, my workout routine has its ups and downs,” she wrote in the post. However, Michelle’s Pilates exercises do more than just keep her body strong. “Pilates is a game changer for mind, body and spirit. I’ve been training at Emily’s studio for the past six months and I’ve never felt stronger, more resilient and grounded,” the actress explained.
Michelle also likes to run. “I hike in the morning, if I can, after the kids drop off school. If not, I’ll go running. Usually, I’ll do 30 minutes, which is a three-mile run for me,” she said Shape, Michelle also told the outlet that she runs a half marathon every year with her best friend, Maria, from her hometown in Iowa.
