First on Fox: Memphis murder suspect Cliotha Henderson, a 38-year-old ex-congress accuser, local teacher and mother of two Eliza Fletcher, has been charged with rape, kidnapping and felony firearms charges for kidnapping and murdering her during a morning run on Sept. . with another sexual assault.

“Cleotha Abston AKA Cleotha Henderson entered into sexual intercourse on September 21, 2021 in Shelby County, Tennessee, and prior to the discovery of this indictment, unlawfully and knowingly, intentionally, or recklessly [the victim] By the use of force or coercion while armed with a weapon,” the indictment reads.
