‘Days of Our Lives’ star Mark Miller has died at the age of 97.
Miller died of natural causes on September 9 in Santa Monica, California. Actress Penelope Ann Miller confirmed her father’s death on Twitter on Wednesday.
“My dad’s beautiful soul left this earth on 9/9/2022,” her heartfelt tribute began. “He was deeply loved and loved by all who knew him. He touched many lives.”
“He was funny, funny and always making. He cherished this life and saw the glass half full! I was privileged to call him my father,” the 58-year-old “Chaplin” star wrote.

One of his classmates included Grace Kelly, with whom he later starred in Noel Coward’s “Private Lives” at the Casino Theater in Newport, Rhode Island.
One of Miller’s stage credits also included the role of Sandy Lord in “The Philadelphia Story”. The play also starred Winston Churchill’s daughter Sarah Churchill.
In 1974, Miller wrote, produced and starred in the Sissy Spacek rom-com “Ginger in the Morning”, which included some of his original songs.
The actor was married and divorced twice, was the father of four children and had six grandchildren.
