Kate Middleton Shares Prince Louis’ Heartbreaking Words: ‘Grannie Is with Great-Grandpa Now’

Prince William and Kate Middleton are mourning the death of Queen Elizabeth II with some touching words from one of their three children.

Speaking to children outside Windsor Castle on Saturday, Kate, 40, said her 4-year-old son Prince Louis told her, “At least Granny is with Great-Grandfather now,” according to The Sunday Times‘ Royals editor, cry nikkhaho,

The Queen’s death follows her 73-year-old husband, Prince Philip, who died in June 2021 at the age of 99.

Kate and William, 40 – who also share 9-year-old son Prince George and 7-year-old daughter Princess Charlotte – greeted mourners and paid tribute to Her Majesty, as they celebrate Prince Harry and Meghan in Windsor in a show of unity Met up with Markle again.

“On Thursday, the world lost an extraordinary leader whose commitment to the country, the region and the Commonwealth was complete,” he wrote in part. Much will be said about the meaning of his historical reign in the days to come.

“However, I have lost a grandmother. And while I mourn her loss, I also feel incredibly grateful. I have had the benefit of the Queen’s wisdom and reassurance in my fifth decade. My wife has her That’s twenty years of guidance and support. My three kids get to spend the holidays with him and make memories that will last for the rest of their lives,” he continued.
