Insiders say MJ’s mother Katherine, 92, and brother Randy, 66, are “shocked” by Rowe talking about her time as a nurse with the late dermatologist Dr. Arnold Klein.

Rowe, who was the surrogate mom of Jackson’s children Prince, 25, and Paris, 24, confessed that she “sucked as a human” while Klein gave patients prescription drugs.

She made the shocking confession on the Fox TV show TMZ Investigates: Who Really Killed Michael Jackson, which airs Tuesdays.

In the TV special she fights back tears as she says: “I was basically as bad as him (Klein). I’m sorry. I’ll regret it. And I’m sorry I participated in this.”

Responding to the comments, a family friend of Jackson said: “Given the issues with Michael’s addiction, Debbie’s decision to talk about the show prompted Dr.

“Debbie certainly hasn’t been so open with some brothers, so it’s kind of surprising for her to speak on a TV show.

“Everyone is talking about the trailer and the media coverage, wondering why she speaks on these topics, especially considering how sensitive it is in family circles.

“The feeling was always that Debbie was there to help Michael as a nurse.

“Now his comments have made some of them look differently.

“It’s weird to talk about Klein on a show called Who Killed Michael Jackson and admit that he should have stopped his way of dealing with customers. It bothered him a lot.

“Katherine is very upset. She and her colleagues can’t understand why Debbie decided to break her silence on that part of her life after so many years.”

The source continued: “It’s no secret that there is tension between Debbie and some of Michael’s brothers. But this has led to many feelings and concerns about Michael’s interactions with Klein.

“While Debbie told the producers that she would not specifically talk about Michael on the show, it seems extraordinary to mention that Klein’s treatment was responsible for the deaths of some patients. This is very shocking and disturbing. “

Thriller singer Jackson died of cardiac arrest in Los Angeles in June 2009 with enough powerful sedative propofol in his system to put down the rhinoceros, ex-LAPD coroner Ed Winters told the documentary.

Jaco’s doctor, Conrad Murray, was convicted in 2011 of involuntary manslaughter for providing the dose of propofol that killed him.

But LAPD detective Orlando Martinez told the documentary that it was “much more complicated than Dr. Murray’s” and that other doctors had contributed to Jackson’s demise.

Martinez said: “There are too many people to blame who have never counted for his death.”

‘Feeding Jackson’s Drug Habit’

Rowe declined to talk specifically about Jackson in the documentary, choosing instead to focus on the general harm Klein did to patients.

But she talked about being Jackson’s nurse and Klein’s assistant for decades while she treated the star.

And during a civil lawsuit over Jackson’s death in 2013 she blamed her former boss for feeding Jackson’s https://www.the-sun.com/topic/drugs/drug habit.

A Beverly Hills doctor gave Jackson the heavy-duty pain reliever Demerol during three decades of treating her acne scars, and the star rose to heights.

Klein, who was nicknamed the father of Botox and was also known for treating other stars like Elizabeth Taylor, died in California at the age of 70.

Jackson and Rowe married in 1996, after their first meeting 15 years earlier, while Michael underwent treatment from Klein.

Rowe was comforting Jackson after splitting up with Lisa Marie, daughter of Elvis Presley.

She has spoken openly in the past about how the Whirlwind marriage took place so that Jackson could become a father.

Speaking in a 2003 TV special called Michael Jackson: The Footage You Were Never Meant to See, Rowe said: “I did this to be a father to him, not to be a mother to me.

“You earn the title of parent. I’ve done absolutely nothing to earn that title. That’s because Michael did all the parenting.

“I didn’t do this to be a mom. I didn’t change diapers. I didn’t wake up in the middle of the night, even while I was there, Michael did it all.”

‘too cold’

After MJ’s death her children, Prince, Paris and Blanket, lived with their grandmother Catherine and had minimal contact with Rowe.

But in 2013, a 15-year-old Paris was reunited with her mother.

Last year Paris gave a rare insight into her relationship with Rowe when she told Jada Pinkett Smith’s show Red Table Talk: “It’s cool, getting to know her, seeing how similar we are, how she really is.” likes music.

“She really likes country and folk, so I sent her some stuff I’m working on.

“It’s nice to have him as a friend.

“It’s so chill, which is the perfect word to describe what I love.”

A family source said: “Paris and the Prince are silent at this time.

“But older members of the family will want to know how they feel about Debbie’s decision.

“Paris in the past has talked about how she never really spent time with Debbie until she was 15.

“Prince doesn’t talk openly about Debbie.”

The Sun has sought comment from representatives for Debbie Rowe, Katherine Jackson and Paris Jackson.
