According to court documents obtained by The Post, Ryan’s accuser claimed that he had visited her home in Mesa last Wednesday and induced her to have sex while watching TV.

According to the complaint, he told her to “stop,” “I don’t want to do this”—but the 6-foot-3, 230-pound suspect forced himself on her.

The complaint said that throughout, she kept telling him, “‘Wait, I don’t want to do that'” while “trying to push him.”

After the complaint, Ryan said, “he felt sorry and began to cry,” the complaint alleged.

Ryan fell asleep on the couch after the accused locked himself in his bedroom.

The court document states that the next day, he called Ryan and recorded him because he “agreed that he ‘raped’ her” and that he continued to have sex after begging her to stop.

The complaint states that following his arrest, Ryan “verbally admitted” to having sex with the accuser, even though he “asked her to stop several times”.

Ryan’s court date is set for Friday. It was not immediately clear whether he had a lawyer appointed to represent him.

His 49-year-old mother is also behind bars, potentially facing the death penalty if convicted of the crimes he has been charged with.

Vallow and her husband Chad Daybell, 52, have pleaded not guilty to charges of murder, conspiracy and grand theft in connection with the 2019 deaths of their two young children from previous relationships.

Lori Vallow Daybell sits in a police car after a hearing at the Fremont County Courthouse in St. Anthony, Idaho, Tuesday, Aug. 16, 2022.
Those found guilty of charges for the death of their children could potentially face the death penalty.

Idaho law enforcement officials launched an investigation in November 2019 after extended family members reported missing children.

During that period, police said, the couple lied about the whereabouts of the children. Their bodies were later found buried at Chad Daybell’s estate in rural Idaho.

Joshua “JJ” Vallow, 7, and Tylee Ryan, 17, who were eventually found buried in a backyard in Idaho, were reported missing.

Chad and Lori Daybell married just two weeks after the unexpected death of his previous wife, Tammy Daybell. Tammy Daybell’s death was initially attributed to natural causes, but when Chad Daybell quickly remarried investigators exhumed her body after being suspected.

Lori Vallow Daybell has also been charged with conspiracy to commit murder in Arizona in connection with the death of her previous husband.

Charles Vallow was shot and killed by Lori Daybell’s brother, Alex Cox, who claimed it was self-defense. Cox later died of what police said was of natural causes.
